About the Event
The focal point of this yoga for pregnancy session is to help create a deep ever-lasting loving bond between a mother and her unborn baby. This session aims to empower you to trust in your body and your motherly instincts, as you know what is best for your unborn baby. Through words of positive affirmations, acts of self love, deep pranayama and meditation you will intimately connect with your baby as you enjoy this one to one time alone together.
