About the Event
This yoga session offers mother's to be the physical, emotional and spritual skills required for labour and birth. Through the use of guided meditation and pranayama practice, this session aims to enhance emotional wellbeing and self-confidence. To physically prepare your body for the birthing process, we will focus on opening the pelvic region, light stretching, strengthening and toning the pelvic floor muscles, hips and the ligaments supporting your growing uterus.
The Asana faciliated within this session may help encourage your unborn baby to find an optimal position suitable for labour and birth; creating a calm, gentle and natural birthing experience where possible.
