Postnatal Yoga Practice

Our postnatal yoga sessions are facilitated by qualified yoga for pregnancy practitioners, who have been trained specifically to safely modify practice to support the individual needs of women during pregnancy and the early postpartum period. During our postnatal sessions, clients will benefit from a range of Asana practice tailored to support postpartum healing, gentle core exercise, relaxation/meditation, light stretching, pelvic floor exercise, breathing awareness techniques (Pranayama) and the opportunity to connect with other new mothers.

(Babies are welcome)

Our postnatal yoga sessions will be run on a weekly basis
