Yoga For Pregnancy
Our yoga for pregnancy sessions are facilitated by qualified yoga practitioners specialising in pregnancy and postpartum yoga. All practitioners have received extensive training to safely modify yoga practice to support the individual needs of pregnant women. During our yoga for pregnancy sessions, clients will benefit from a range of Asana practice tailored to pregnancy, relaxation/meditation, gentle stretching, pelvic floor exercise and breathing awareness techniques (Pranayama) in preparation for labour and birth.
Our yoga for pregnancy sessions will be run every Saturday morning
